 On the INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE DAY today the 13th of September 2022, let's happily celebrate the day with our friend from our childhood and may be little earlier too -THE EVER TASTY, YUMMY, SWEETY, STICKY, SALIVATING, and with many more excellent qualities "THE CHOCOLATE" 

Though the love for chocolates has long been note worthy but are we allowed to consume it happily. From the younger age we crave for the chocolates, but we are certainly restricted and warned not to have too much or otherwise should be prepared to loose tooth.

With the warnings and tension of loosing a vital piece of our smile, the consumption of chocolates are limited with special events, celebrations and fairing well in our targets.

But the chocolate varieties , shapes, sizes are on the continuous surge making all the chocolate lover tempting to grab one as and when a chance comes in front of them.

The volume of cocoa produced worldwide amounts to 4.7 million tons annually and  the world's average chocolate consumption amounts to an estimated 0.9 kilogrammes per capita per year . European countries show significantly higher averages. The largest chocolate consumers in the world are the Germans with a per capita consumption of 11 kilogrammes per year.
In India, the chocolateindustry is currently one of the fastest-growing markets. It is estimated at worth 1.9 billion as of 2021. The expected CAGR for 2021-26 is 11.34%.
