1. Boil vermicelli in salted water till tender.
2. Drain and wash well under a slowly running water tap. Drain well.
3. Put it in a soup tureen.
4. Pour boiling consomme over and serve immediately.
Honestly, I’ve never made a reel. I don’t even know how to start. I see people doing it so easily — adding music, clips, transitions...
