10 POINTS ON CHEESE KOFTA CURRY

 


1. Grind together to a fine paste the turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder.

2. Heat oil. Add cumin, chopped onions, green chillies and ginger.  saute.

3. Add ground spices and fry

4. Add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Simmer adding a little water if necessary.

5. Cut cheese into cubes

6. Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, soda bi carbonate, salt and water.

7. Dip cheese in the batter and deep fry.

8. Drain and put into prepared curry. Cook for a few minutes.

9. Add beaten curd. Do not boil after adding curd, but mix well.

10. Serve hot garnished with a pinch of finely chopped coriander leaves.
