5 POINTS ON MANGO FLUFF




 1. Prepare a mango puree. Add half the gelatine dissolved previously in a little warm water.

 2. Prepare marshmallow as for marshmallow pudding.

3. Set a layer of marshmallow in a wet mould.

4. Pour mango puree over it. cover with another layer of marshmallow. Leave to set in the refrigerator.

5. Turn out and decorate with whipped and flavoured cream.
