5 POINTS ON CAULIFLOWER AUGRATIN



1. Wash and boil the cauliflower in salted water

2. Make a sauce with flour, butter &milk

3. Add salt & pepper and cheese

4. put the cauliflower into a greased pan.

5. Pour sauce over the cauliflower, sprinkle cheese and brown under the grill or high up in the oven
