5 POINTS ON ENGLISH LITERATURE

1.    Philip Larkin’s “The Whitsun Weddings” establishes a “We” voice of collective outlook and traces the disfigurement of a sunny landscape on an advertising poster

2.    In the Novel “Kanthapura”, HARIKATHA is strategically used as a medium of “consciousness raising”.

3.    Keats’s ‘’LAMIA’’ does not begin in the first person pronoun

4.    “Open forum” as applied to poetry, is the same as Free verse.

5.    Free verse is a poetry that is not written according to the traditional fixed patterns.
