1. Chop onions, green chillies and curry
leaves. Add salt &soda bi carbonate and mix well.
2. Mix together Bengal gram and rice
flour. Add melted fat.
3. Add all ingredients &mix to a
thick batter adding enough water.
4. Heat the oil. Pour spoonful of the batter into
the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
5. Drain on a paper and serve hot.
