8 POINTS ON ALOO MUTTER






1.    Chop onions. Grind together ginger and garlic into a paste.

2.    Boil potatoes. Peel and cut into quarters.

3.    Shell peas.

4.    Fry peas and potatoes. Keep aside.

5.   Fry onions, ginger-garlic paste and then add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder &cumin powder.

6.    Add blanched tomatoes and simmer till spices are cooked.

7.   Add well beaten curd, potatoes and peas &water if required, and simmer till gravy is thick.

8.    Add Garam masala powder and remove.
