1. A pressure Cooker is used to cook food. It has a pressure valve, weight and seal. With a heat source and boiling water the food is cooked.
2.Inside a sealed pressure cooker, air pressure is increased by heating water to produce steam.
3. The higher pressure raises both the boiling point of water and the temperature of the steam.
4. With this, the food suspended inside cooks more quickly.
