7 POINTS ON VANGI BATH







1.    Cook rice

2.  Roast split Bengal gram, black gram, red chillies, asafoetida, coriander seeds, pepper, cumin and powder coarsely.

3.    Make a thick extract of tamarind

4.    Wash and cut brinjals into halves

5.    Heat fat. Add brinjals, powdered spices. Fry well.

6.    Add tamarind extract, salt and simmer till cooked

7.    Add the curry to the rice. Mix well and serve hot.
