3 POINTS ON BOONDI RAITA


1.    Make a thick batter with gram flour, water, chilli powder &cumin powder.

2.    Heat fat. Pour batter into it through a perforated spoon to make boondis. Fry till crisp. Remove &drain.

3.    Dip boondis in hot water and take out immediately. When cold, put them into beaten curd to which cumin, salt and chopped coriander leaves has been added.
