1. Break up the chocolates roughly and
boil in the milk. Cool
2. Melt the butter. Add the flour and
cook for a few seconds.
3. Add chocolate and milk and cook till
thickened, beating well to make it smooth.
4. Cool slightly &beat in yolks one
at a time
5. Add vanilla essence &sugar
6. Fold in stiffly beaten whites
&pour into a well- greased tin
7. Cover with greased paper &stream
very gently till firm
8. Turn out &pour custard or sherry
sauce round &serve immediately.
