4 POINTS ON CARROT PUDDING




1.    Cream fat &sugar
2.    Add grated carrots, chopped apples and deseeded raisins
3.    Sift flour and add nutmeg, allspice, & cinnamon powders together. Add to fat mixture, mix well
4.    Pour into a large greased mould filling it two- thirds full &stream.
