1.
Wash and dry sultanas, currants and de seed
dates.
2. Sieve together flour and baking powder, salt
&spices ( grounded nutmeg, cinnamon powder)
3.
Cream margarine and sugar till light
&fluffy
4.
Add syrup and marmalade. Beat well
5.
Add eggs and continue beating
6.
Fold in alternatively with milk and fruits
7.
Pour into a lined cake tin and bake.
