CELEBRATING 9 YEARS OF BOOKFOODLANGUAGE

Today, September 5th, marks a very special milestone—BOOKFOODLANGUAGE turns 9!

Nine years of blogging has been a journey filled with dedication, hard work, and determination. From a small beginning, this space has grown into a platform where I share my love for books, poetry, food, and language. Along the way, I have been fortunate to connect with a wonderful community of readers, writers, and fellow bloggers.

Over these years, BOOKFOODLANGUAGE has grown into:

A recognized blog with a niche in book reviews, poetry, and literary reflections.

A space supported by blogging communities like Blogadda, Blogchatter, Writersmelon, NetGalley, Book Siren, Poetry Soup, IndiBlogger, Book Review 4 U, and more.

A platform that has now extended to Stck.me, Substack, and social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Amazon, and Goodreads.

 Some key milestones achieved:

Publication of two e-books.

Poems featured in Poetry Soup, Efflorescence, Word Weavers, and IPC’s Anthology & Almanac.

One recipe featured in BBC Good Food.

Articles published in The Hindu and an upcoming one in Khawaish.

Participation as a Pratham Books Reading Champion (twice) for One Day One Story.

Winner of Blogchatter BlogHops (twice) and recipient of multiple Top Blog Post badges.

Recently, I have also begun exploring Swell, using my voice as a medium to share thoughts, prompts, and reflections on books and related topics.

These days, children’s book reviews and poetry books are taking the front seat on BOOKFOODLANGUAGE—and I couldn’t be happier to continue growing in this direction.

A big thank you to every reader, supporter, and well-wisher who has been part of this 9-year journey. Your encouragement keeps this blog alive and thriving. Here’s to many more years of reading, writing, and sharing together!
