Watching an entertaining movie is
a joyous affair for almost everyone except a few who don’t like movies.
It is the quality of storytelling,
cinematography, action, plot, characters, dialogue, special effects, visual
appeal, sound, and practical humour or humorous sequences. A good combination
of these elements will ensure a successful film form.
Movies are fun. They take us
away from our everyday lives and remind us that there is a world out there that
is much bigger and more fascinating than we think. Movies can inspire us to
heroism or make the mundane magical. And that is why we love them.
Movies are excellent conversation
starters
Conversations can be started and
connections made through movies. It improves imagination, presents the
world from many angles, and enlarges our field of perception and way of
thinking. Most importantly, it crosses cultural divides, exposes us to a
variety of art genres, and enhances our lives with fresh information.
MOVIES HELP US TO FEEL GOOD
Many of us enjoy sitting down to
watch a good film because of the way movies can make us feel. A sad film
might help us release our emotions or a comedy might lift our mood. Movies can
also offer a chance to connect with and safely explore our emotions.
Because we are social creatures,
sharing those memories with those you love often enhances the experience.
Finally, there's biology. "Feeling good” isn't just something you say.
It's something that you feel.
Movies transport us to different
worlds. They offer a break from our daily routines. Escapism allows
us to experience adventure, romance, and drama. We temporarily leave behind our
worries and immerse ourselves in the story.
Good for health:
The brain is free from stressful
problems and work as we watch a movie, and perhaps unsurprisingly, the research
showed that the brain can simply absorb the story while activating the
brain circuits that are connected to the soothing and motivating effect of
movies.
Watching movies encourages
emotional release. Even those who often have trouble expressing their emotions
might laugh or cry during a film. This release of emotions can have a cathartic
effect and make it easier for a person to become more comfortable expressing
their emotions.
Movies and shows are a great tool
for escaping your daily reality. If you are feeling stressed and anxious, they
can help you cope. Comedies have been proven to decrease stress hormone levels
and blood pressure.
Benefits for children:
Movies can help develop
children's cognitive skills, such as forming long-term memory, maintaining
focus, developing logic, reasoning, and visual and auditory processes. Movies
bring up many conversation scenes that can help introduce children to a lot of
vocabulary and pronunciation.
Reasons to watch movies may differ
from person to person. Generally:
There are so many movies in
existence that you could never watch them all. I enjoy watching movies as a
form of entertainment and escape. Occasionally I watch them for other reasons,
but mainly I like watching movies to help me relax and escape the hum-drum
of life.
Many people find watching movies
both entertaining and a way to reduce stress. Watching movies can make us
forget our problems is an alternative to anxiety loss. As previously said,
watching movies can have a positive emotional impact. Movies can calm us down
and soothe us.
Put on your comfiest loungewear,
and bring extra blankets and pillows for a super cozy feel. Also, light a
candle or two or turn on dim fairy lights for added ambiance. If you're
enjoying your movie with others, ask them to bring extra blankets and pillows.
You can never have too many!
I’m getting ready to watch the movie ZARA HATKE ZARA BACHKE on the Sony Max2 Television channel by 8 pm tonight.
What’s your plan? Which movie you
are going to watch, share it in the comments
