"Life is a balance of
holding on and letting go" reminding us to keep moving forward, keep evolving, and keep improving. Balance means making choices
and enjoying those choices. It is also about what you can and what you can't
control.
Rumi once said, “Life is a balance between holding on and letting go”. Obviously achieving this balance is very difficult.
Remember, strength is measured not by holding on, but by letting go. Most importantly, when you feel sad or start missing that person, remember you are stronger than the pain. Believe you will get through it and be happy again.
The practice of letting go allows people to channel their mental,
emotional, and physical energy in a productive manner.
Letting go requires us to surrender to the unknown and trust that a new and better situation is coming our way. It is often said that when we let go, we create room for something better to enter our lives. The act of letting go is not only important but also necessary for our emotional and mental well-being.
