It's the summer season now and time for vacation. To escape from the scorching heat many head towards the hill station.
for a change different from the famous and regular hill stations, you can try to visit the North Eastern states of India and in particular - UKHRUL.

What's special about it?
Manipur's most popular and highest hill station is UKHRUL 83 Km away. It is famous for those lovely Siroi lilies, which grow here in abundance. The nearby lime caves of Kangkhui are worth visiting. It is also the headquarters of the Tangkhul Nagas.
How to reach there?
By Air - The nearest airport is Imphal
By Road - Imphal is connected by road to all the important cities in the North East
By Rail - Nearest railhead Dimapur or Manipur Road, in Nagaland. 215 km from Imphal. Regular bus services to Imphal are available from Dimapur. The journey takes around 8-9- hours.
Do include UKHRUL in your itinerary and enjoy the scenic beauty of the place.
