1. Sieve refined flour and corn flour together.
2. Whisk together egg and sugar to a sponge. Add currants and orange essence.
3. Blend the sieved flour to the sponge mixture
4. Arrange for one sheet of roll measuring 30*18 inches
5. Bake at 220 degree Fahrenheit for 2 minutes..
6. Prepare butter cream (sugar, butter & orange colour) and fill in the prepared roll.
