JUST SIX STEPS TO PREPARE JU JIPS FRENCH JELLIES

  






1. Soften gelatin in water.

2. Add water and sugar

3. Bring to boil, cook steadily for 20 minutes

4. Allow to become cold, add colour and flavour as desired

5. Pour into square tins rinsed in water.

6. When set turn out on to greased paper dusted with castor sugar. Cut into squares. Dust with sugar.
