HOW TO PREPARE PALATABLE POTATO BHURTHA ?






 1. Boil potatoes . Peel and mash.

2. Chop green chillies and onions

3. Heat fat. Add mustard seeds when they crackle remove from  pan  from fire and add chilli powder.

4. Then add chopped onions, green chillies, mashed potatoes, salt and lime juice. Mix well

5. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
