1. Boil potatoes and peas separately.
2. Mash potatoes well
3. Chop green pepper, onions and parsley
4. Heat a little fat, add chopped ingredients and saute
5. Add potatoes and salt to taste.
6. Shape like eggs, stuff boiled peas
7. Coat with corn flour and vermicelli and deep fry in hot fat.
8. Cut into halves length wise and set in lettuce leaves to resemble a bird's nest.
