 Organisations should ensure that they have a policy of developing the  leadership potential in all and particularly of newly appointed "leaders"!

Individuals should also ensure that they focus on developing their leadership skills by

* Reading

*Analysing and

* following the example of good leaders and by

 Assessing 

Monitoring and

Improving their own performance
