1. Take sooji rava and check for the dust and dirt.
2. Shell peas. Peel potatoes, slice onions
3. Heat fat. Brown half the onions, remove and keep aside
4. Brown remaining onion, and spices (cardamom, cloves, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric)
5. Add sooji rava and vegetables, fry
6. Pour hot water in the 1 : 2 ratio . Add salt. Cook on a slow fire.
7. When it is cooked and all moisture is absorbed, remove. Serve hot, garnish with browned onions.
