3 POINTS ON MICROWAVE OVEN


1.   In a microwave oven, high-frequency electromagnetic waves generated by a magnetron tube are bounced around the oven's metal- walled interior.

2. The waves penetrate food, causing water, fat, and sugar molecules to vibrate, thus producing heat.

3. Heat is transferred to the center of the food by conduction
