1. Wash and dice cabbage, turnip &carrots into small pieces. Blanch tomatoes, mince onion and garlic
2. Chop parsley. Heat fat. Fry minced onion, garlic, parsley, carrots &turnip.
3. Add leeks, salt, pepper, blanched tomatoes, cabbage &celery
4. Add stock. Bring to boiling point. Add macaroni cut into pieces.
5. Simmer on slow fire till vegetables and macaroni are cooked
6. Serve hot garnished with grated cheese
