4 POINTS ON CURD PACHADI






 1. Grate and grind coconut into a fine paste

2. Chop green chillies and ginger

3. Beat curd well. Add ground coconut, green chillies and ginger. Add salt . Mix well.

4. Heat oil. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle, add to the curd mixture. Mix well.
