1. Pick fully ripe tomatoes and wash in
running water
2. Slice tomatoes, add water and cook
for few minutes.
3. Mash well and strain
4. Grind ginger and garlic. Mix the
tomato juice.
5. Slice onions
6. Heat fat. Brown onions and remove
half for the garnish.
7. Add cloves and peppercorns
8. Add rice and fry well
9. Add tomato juice and water to cook the rice. Add salt. Cook till done. Garnish with browned onions and chopped coriander leaves.
