1. The Inuit of northern Canada, Alaska, Russia, and Greenland traditionally
used Kayaks to hunt sea animals such as Seals and Whales.
2. Kayaks were completely enclosed with waterproof sealskin except for an
opening for the hunter to climb in at the top.
3. Kayak has a light paddle for moving through ice, harpoon, a tray for
harpoon rope and seal –bladder float.
