8 POINTS ON VEGETABLE BALLS





1.    Boil, peel and mash potatoes

2.    Prepare peas, carrots &cauliflower. Boil &crush

3.    Chop fine or mince cauliflower and onions.

4.    Soak bread in water, squeeze out moisture.

5.    Mix together all vegetables, bread, beaten egg and salt &pepper

6.    Shape into small balls

7.    Heat fat & deep fry vegetable balls

8.    Drain on paper and serve hot as plain snack or as garnish for pulao, spaghetti etc.
