1. Boil potatoes and peas separately
2. Mash potatoes well
3. Chop green peppers, onions and parsley
4. Heat a little fat, add chopped
ingredients and saute’
5. Add potatoes and salt to taste
6. Shape like eggs, stuff boiled
&salted peas
7. Coat with egg and vermicelli
&deep fry in hot fat
8. Cut into halves length wise and set
in lettuce leaves to resemble a bird’s nest.
