THREE POINTS ON CRÈME BRULEE


1.    Dissolve sugar in milk and add the whisked egg. Return to stove to cook slowly.
2.    Add fresh cream and essence. Cook in a hot water bath in the oven till the custard is set.
3.    Sprinkle the icing sugar on top and glaze under the grill.
