FOUR POINTS ON SPARROWS



                                       With love and a little cardboard, villages in Assam are helping ...
 


1.    Sparrow is a small, plump and cheeky, dinky bird. They are drab brown and grey creatures.
2.    This little bird could be quite a bully  and is known for taking over nests of other birds and turfing out older “”tenants”
3.    Both the male and female sparrows take care of their young ones.
4.    A wildlife conservationist describes them, “they are one species that closely follow man, like the crow. They are our co-tenants,” he says
