1. Dissolve the jelly in water
2. Then heat it till it becomes clear
and completely dissolved
3. Apply a little salad oil in a jelly
mould
4. Coat the mould with the jelly. Insert
another mould weight down with ice cellars
5. Leave to set in the refrigerator
6. Dissolve gelatine in a little warm water and add to mango pulp
7. Beat egg whites stiffly and fold them
into the mixture
8. Remove the jelly mould from the
refrigerator, take out ice cubes
9. Remove inner mould gently
10. Pour
mango pulp in the centre .Allow to set.
