FOUR POINTS ON LETTUCE SANDWICH




1. Mash the egg yolks, season with salt and a little chilly vinegar and mix in the butter.
2.    Mix to a paste and spread on thin slices of bread.
3.  Place a crisp, fresh lettuce leaf between two slices of prepared bread.
4.    Press together and cut into shape with a sharp knife.
