SIX POINTS ON CHIWADA





1.    Heat oil, fry puffed rice. Remove when it puffs up and drain
2.    Mix turmeric with puffed rice. Set aside
3.    Fry cashew nuts till light brown
4.    Fry groundnuts, chillies, garlic, dry coconuts, white sesame seeds, sultanas, curry leaves separately. Remove after frying and drain.
5.    Add fried ingredients to fried puffed rice. Add chilli powder and chiwada masala powder. Mix well
6.    When the mixture is cold, add powdered salt.
