FOUR POINTS ON BANANA CUSTARD



1.    Blend custard powder, sugar and a little cold milk to form a smooth paste
2.    Boil remaining milk. Pour over paste. Blend well and return to fire
3.    Cook till custard coats the back of the wooden spoon. Add vanilla essence. Allow to cool.
4.    Slice bananas, add to the custard. Mix well and serve.
