SIX POINTS ON VICTORIA SANDWICH CAKE





1.    Cream the Margarine and the sugar till light and fluffy.
2.    Add salt and essence.
3. Beat the eggs well and add gradually to the cream mixture. Continue beating
4.    Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture using milk
5.    Divide the mixture into two greased sandwich tins
6.    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and sandwich together with jam.
