SIX POINTS ON JAM TARTS


  
1.    Sieve flour and baking powder
2.    Rub in fat lightly with finger tips until it resembles bread crumbs
3.    Add sugar and mix well
4.    Mix with cold water to make a dough and then roll on a floured board and cut as required
5.    Line patty tins with rolled out dough and fill with 2/3 of jam
6.    Bake in  a hot oven for 15 minutes
