1. Heat milk and butter together and
pour over the bread
2. Add sugar, yolks of eggs and grated
lime rind. Mix well and allow to stand for an hour
3. Pour into greased pie dishes and bake
till quite firm
4. Heat mixed fruit jam and spread over the pudding
5. Spread whipped cream, fold in powdered sugar and pile on pudding
6. Bake in a slow oven and enjoy the pudding
