HOW TO MAKE POPPY SEED PLAIT?




Knead white bread dough and shape it into an oval loaf about 4 inches thick.
Cut cross wise and slit it down the length and place it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle thickly with poppy seeds
Bake in a very hot oven for 30-40 minutes.
